Construction Supervision Services - Supervision Services, Execution Of Road Express Arad - Oradea Lot 1 Works. The Object Of This Service Agreement Is The Provision Of High-Quality Supervision Services, Both During The Period Of Execution Of The Works And During The Guarantee Period Of The Works, In Order To Monitor The Correct Use Of The Available Funds And To Ensure That The Contractor Performs The Works In Accordance With The Contractual Obligations, Especially With Regard To The Duration, Quantity, Quality And Cost Of The Works. The Consultant Will Have The Role Of Supervisor According To The Provisions Of The Conditions Of The Contract Execution Of Works On The Express Road Arad - Oradea Lot 1, Respectively Of The General And Specific Conditions For Certain Categories Of Purchase Contracts Related To Investment Objectives Financed From Public Funds, Approved By H.G. No. 1/10.01.2018 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 221 Of Law 98/2016, With Subsequent Changes And Additions, And In Compliance With Article 24 Of The Service Contract, Any Changes That May Occur During The Contract Period, Refer To, But Not Limited To, The Following: 1. Changes By The Contracting Parties; 2. Changes Resulting From The Need To Carry Out Additional Studies/Expertise; 3. Changes Resulting From The Implementation Of Requests From Various Institutions/Authorities/Entities That Have Attributions In Relation To The Investment Objective For Example: Ministries, Central And/Or Local Authorities, Verifiers, Control Bodies, Etc.); 4. Changes To The Technical Rules/Stats/Standards During The Course Of The Contract; 5. Changes Generated By The Inclusion/Introduction Of New Subcontractors And/Or The Replacement Of The Initial Subcontractors; 6. Changes Generated By The Change/Replacement Of Key/Non-Key Personnel Personnel (Other Than The Experts/Persons Who Were The Subject Of Scoring Within The Evaluation Factors Related To The Award Criteria); 7. Changes Regarding The Extension Of The Delivery Terms By The Provider Of The Reports/Deliverables Specified In The Contract Or Changes Related To The Verification And Approval Of The Reports/Deliverables By The Beneficiary 8.
