1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Planned For 2026 As Part Of The Ongoing Maintenance Of Bridge Structures In The Karkonosze Poviat. 2. Works Under This Order Will Consist - Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party - In: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works On Engineering Structures; 2) Carrying Out Partial Renovations Of The Surface Along With Accompanying Activities; 3) Performing Other Ongoing Repairs And Maintenance. 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Terms Of Reference (Swz): 1) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Swz; 2) Map Of District Roads In The Karkonosze District - Annex No. 6 To Swz; 3) List Of Bridge Structures In The Karkonosze Poviat - Annex No. 7 To The Swz; 4) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 8 To The Swz; 5) Estimated Number Of Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Ongoing Maintenance Of Bridge Structures - Annex No. 9 To Swz.4. The Description Of The Works Planned To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Ongoing Maintenance Of Bridge Structures In The Karkonosze Poviat In 2026 Is Set Out In Table No. 1, Contained In Section 5 Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 5. The Valuation Of Renovation Works Should Include The Installation Of Road Markings And Security Measures For The Duration Of The Works, The Execution Of The Ordered Works, The Dismantling Of The Security Markings After The Works Are Completed And The Tidying Up Of The Area After The Works. Disassembly Of The Above-Mentioned Safety Markings Should Be Made After The Works Are Completed And The Area Has Been Tidied Up. The Composition Of The Basic Work Safety Markings Is Specified In Detail In Section 6 Point 44 Of The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 6. The Ordering Party Will Specify The Detailed Scope And Sequence Of Work On An Ongoing Basis Based On Separate Orders Under The Contract With The Contractor. The Ordering Party Will Commission The Works Depending On The Needs And The Value Of Financial Resources Available In The District Budget. The Estimated Quantities And Types Of Works Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz Should Be Treated As Indicative Values, Adopted For The Purposes Of Calculating And Comparing The Prices Of Submitted Offers, And Do Not Constitute The Basis For Future Settlements Of The Quantity And Type Of Works Ordered And For Claims. 7. In The Scope Of Works Not Included In The Table Referred To In Section 4 (I.E. Table No. 1, Contained In Section 5 Of The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz), Which Will Be Necessary To Perform Under The Subject Order, These Works Will Be Settled With An As-Built Cost Estimate Prepared By The Contractor, Subject To Verification By The Supervision Inspector, In Which The Indicators Of
