Software Package And Information Systems – Purchase Of An Integrated Education Management System In Radom County. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Implementation And Maintenance Of An Integrated Education Management System In Radom County. Under This Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Deliver, Implement And Maintain Software In The Saas Model And Grant A License For The Delivered Software; 2) Migrate Data Collected In The Field Systems Currently Used By The Ordering Party, The List Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 9 To The Agreement. As Part Of The Implementation Of This Task, The Ordering Party Understands The Import Of Data From Currently Used Domain Systems To The Systems Described In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Agreement Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz / Annex No. 3 To The Agreement; 3) Provide Warranty Services For 50 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Agreement; 4) Maintain And Update The Software On An Ongoing Basis For 50 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Agreement Without Additional Remuneration. 5) Conduct Training In The Use Of Domain Systems In Accordance With Annex No. 8 To The Agreement - Training Schedule And Rules. The Delivered Software Will Be Made Available In The Form Of A Saas Service Via Web Applications Running On The Contractors Servers, Ready To Work Via A Web Browser. The System Will Be Available 7 Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day. The Contractors Servers Are Also Understood By The Ordering Party As A Dedicated Data Processing Center With Which The Contractor Has Signed A Contract In The European Economic Area.
