1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of A Cinema Projector In The Dci 4K Standard As Part Of The Task Purchase And Replacement Of A Projector For The Astra Cinema In Oborniki Śląskie Implemented Under The Operational Program Of The Polish Film Institute Cinema Digitization.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Number Of Devices Included In The Subject Of The Order, Including The Minimum Parameters Of The Equipment Required By The Ordering Party, Is Described In The Annex Opz - Description Of The Cinema Technology System.3. If The Ordering Party Specifies The Permissible Margin Of Tolerance Or The Minimum Range Of Required Technical Parameters In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - The Parameters Of The Offered Equipment Must Be Within The Ranges And Tolerance Ranges Indicated By The Ordering Party, Otherwise The Offer Will Be Rejected.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers - The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Dividing The Order Into Parts, Because The Subject Of The Order Constitutes An Integral (Compatible) Whole.5. The Minimum Warranty Period Specified By The Ordering Party Is 36 Months - This Is The Period Necessary For The Ordering Party To Assess That The Offer Is Consistent With The Swz. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified In This Swz And The Draft Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Equipment Supplied By The Ordering Party Comes Directly From The Manufacturer Or The Manufacturers Authorized Distribution Channel, Is Brand New (Year Of Production Not Older Than 2024), Not Exhibited At Exhibitions Or Fair Events, Technically Efficient, Safe, Undamaged, Free From Defects, Complete, Suitable For Proper Operation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards, And Must Also Meet The Minimum Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party. In Case Of Doubts As To The Origin Of The Equipment, Before Selecting The Offer, The Ordering Party May Request The Contractor To Present A Certificate Confirming That The Manufacturer Or The Manufacturers Polish Representative Is Authorized To Sell And Service Digital Cinema Projectors.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Applicable Rules And Regulations Contained In Polish Standards And Equivalent Standards.
