Like The Cleanliness Of The Station, The Toilet Service Contributes To Overall Customer Satisfaction And Contributes To A Better Perception Of Their Customer Experience At The Station. It Is In This Context That Sncf Gares & Connexions Is Launching A Consultation To Entrust, Through A Service Concession, The Development, Operation, Management And Maintenance Of Station Toilets. It Will Be Up To The Dealer To Make An Offer That Seems Most Relevant To It. The Perimeter Concerned Is As Follows: - 31 Stations (38 Locations) Constitute The So-Called “Mandatory” Perimeter. The Dealer Must Make A Proposal For All Of These Locations. - 1 Optional Location (Paris St Lazare-Rome Access) For Which Sncf Gares & Connexions Is Awaiting Confirmation Of Availability Of The Location. The Decision To Integrate It Into The Scope Of This Concession Will Be Taken Within A Maximum Period Of 18 Months From The Start Of The Contract. - To This Base Is Added A Complementary Extension Perimeter, Made Up Of Other Locations Located In The Same Stations Or In Other Stations. It Is Expressly Expected That Candidates Include All Or Part Of These Locations In Their Offer, Including An Implementation Schedule.
