The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road No. 070626C Łobdowo - Feliksowo In The Town Of Łobdowo On Plot No. 215 And Part Of Plot No. 11 In Wielkie Pułkowo, 990 M Long. 2. The Scope Of Works Includes Measurement Works, Demolition Works, Earthworks - Channeling, Foundation (Road, Exits), Road Surface And Exits, And Finishing Works.3. The Task Is Not Divided Into Parts (Justification In Chapter Iii, Section 5 Of The Swz).4. Contract Description: The Reconstruction Of The Road Includes The Construction Of A Bituminous Surface With A Total Thickness Of 10 Cm (Wearing Layer 5 Cm And Binding Layer 5 Cm) Laid On A Base Of Crushed Aggregate With A Layer Thickness Of 30 Cm (Lower Layer Of Crushed Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0/63 Mm, 20 Cm Thick And An Upper Layer Of Crushed Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0/31.5 Mm, With A Thickness Of 10 Cm) On A Section Of A Municipal Road With A Length Of 0.990 Km And A Width Of 3.50 M - 5.00 M From Km 0+000 To Km 0+990. As Part Of The Task, Hardened Shoulders With A Width Of 0.50 M For A Length Of 730 M And A Width Of 0.25 M For A Length Of 270 M Should Be Constructed On Both Sides Of The Road, Made Of Crushed Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0/31.5 Mm And A Thickness Of 20 Cm, As Well As Exits To Adjacent Properties And Arable Fields. Additionally, As Part Of The Task, One Intersection With A Municipal Road Should Be Reconstructed And Vertical Markings Should Be Installed. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Includes The Construction Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Permanent Traffic Organization Design And Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annexes No. 10 - No. 13 To The Swz And Swz. Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Order, The Bills Of Quantities Provided By The Ordering Party Are Not The Basis For The Valuation Of The Works, But Are Only Auxiliary Material.
