1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Delivery Of A Used Two-Axle Garbage Truck.2. Other Conditions: 1) Year Of Chassis Production Not Earlier Than 2018, 2) Year Of First Registration Not Earlier Than 2018, 3) Mileage Not More Than 130,000 Km, 4) Vehicle Registered Or Prepared For Registration In The European Union. 5) On The Day Of Delivery, The Vehicle Is Technically Operational, Fit For Use And Has Valid Technical Tests, 6) Vehicle Without Clear, Visible Damage To Sheet Metal, Signs Of Normal Use Are Allowed, Complete, Operational On The Day Of Handover To The Ordering Party,7) Delivery Between 7 A.M. And 3 P.M., Monday - Friday. The Contractor Will Agree On The Date And Time Of Delivery By Phone.3. Delivery Location: Saniko Bis Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Bolesława Prusa 70, 42-300 Myszków 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Declare That He Is Ready To Provide Maintenance Services By His Own Services Or Under A Contract Concluded By A Specialized External Entity. The Service Should Cover All Elements Of The Vehicle And Be Provided Within 48 Hours Of Reporting The Need For Repair On Business Days For A Warranty Period Of 3 Months For A Used Vehicle From The Date Of Signing The Vehicle Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Following To Be Delivered With The Vehicle: 1) An Owners Manual In Polish, 2) A Service Book, 3) Current Technical Inspections And Udt Documentation Together With Udt Documentation, 4) At Least Two Sets Of Keys Enabling Opening And Starting The Vehicle, Access To The Fuel Tank And Adblue Tank (If Applicable), 5) Catalog Of Body Parts, 6) Lists, Types And Quantities Of Operating Fluids Contained In Individual Vehicle Systems In The Form Of An Appropriate List Cumulated On A4 Sheets (Engine Oil, Oil In The Power Steering System, Oil In The Gearbox, Oil In The Rear Axle, Hydraulic Oil In The Body),7) Document Or Statement Confirming The Replacement Of Oil And Filters, In The Case Of The Hydraulic Box, In The Last 10,000 Km 8) Document Or Statement Confirming The Replacement Of Chassis Consumables In The Last 5,000 Km (Filters Of Oil, Fuel, Air, Air Drying System In The Pneumatic System, Engine Oil, Etc. 9) All Necessary Documents Meeting The Requirements Of The Road Traffic Act, The Road Transport Act And Related Regulations, Enabling The Vehicle To Participate In Road Traffic.6. The Vehicle Must Be Equipped In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law, The Road Transport Act And Related Regulations. Vehicle Equipment Should Include, Among Others: A Fire Extinguisher, A First Aid Kit And A Warning Triangle. First Aid Kit Meeting The Requirements Of Din 13164, Powder Fire Extinguisher (6 Kg, Polish Production).7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To Swz.8. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Inspect The Car Being The Subject Of This Swz In Poland.
