The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Road Viaduct Along The District Road No. 1936D Radwanice - Zacharzyce Km 0+980 Over The Railway Line. The Scope Of The Study Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Demolition Of The Existing Viaduct And The Construction Of A New Bridge Structure In The Existing Track Along With The Reconstruction Of The Road System On Both Sides Of The Facility, Obtaining The Required Industry Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment And Exercising Authors Supervision. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With All The Requirements For The Contractor Are Included In Annex 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order And Annex 4 - Agreement (Design) Together With Attachments. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract At A Level Not Lower Than 70% Of The Gross Contract Value.
