1. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Perform Construction Works For The Ordering Party Consisting In The Modernization Of The Dormitory Building At The Hotel And Tourist School Complex In Zakopane At Ul. Modrzejewska 5.2. The Works That Are The Subject Of This Order Consist In The Reconstruction Of The Western Part Of The Dormitory Building At The Hotel And Tourist School Complex In Zakopane At Ul. Modrzejewska 5 In The Scope Of: 1) Construction Of An Additional Emergency Exit From The Staircase On The Southern Side Of The Building; 2) Construction Of A Bathroom And A Kitchenette In Each Of The Dormitory Rooms And The Modernization Of The Room; 3) Performance Of Demolition And Dismantling Works; 4) Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works; 5) Installation Of Internal Door Joinery; 6) Replacement Of Electrical Installations And Lighting Fixtures; 7) Reconstruction Of Sanitary Installations And Bathrooms;8) Performance Of Installation Works: Hot And Cold Water Supply, Central Heating, Sewage System, Hydrant Installation;9) Replacement Of Floors In Corridors And Rooms;10) Performance Of Painting The Interior Of The Building;11) Performance Of Installation Works, Including: Electrical Installation And Lighting, Telecommunications Installation, Installation Of Lan Structured Cabling Network, Sap Fire Protection Installation, Monitoring And Control Installation;12) Performance Of Finishing Works Internal;13) Equipping Sanitary Rooms And Kitchenettes;14) Performing Works Related To Land Development;15) Carrying Out Tests And Measurements;16) Obtaining A Decision On An Occupancy Permit; In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. Moreover, The Ordering Party Stipulates That After Completing The Works Specified Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform:17) Tests And Checks Required By Law, As Well As An As-Built Inventory Of All Works Performed.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Prepare And Submit, Within 7 Days From Signing The Contract, The Material And Financial Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party And The School Director, Which Should Be Consistent With The Table Of Settlement Elements Included In The Offer Form.4. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of An Active Administrative And Educational Facility, Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree On The Work Schedule With The Ordering Party And The Director Of The Hotel And Tourism School Complex. Construction Works Should Be Performed In A Way That Ensures Minimal Nuisance To The Operation Of The Building And The District Units Located In It.5.
