3.1. As Part Of The Implemented Task (Subject Of The Order), It Is Planned To Reconstruct A Small Retention Reservoir In Łagówek (Łagów Commune) On Plot No. 63 - District 0006 Łagówek Unit. Registration 080802_2 Łagów Świebodziński Poviat.3.2. Existing Condition: The Tank Has Not Been Maintained For Many Years. The Local Inspection Showed Significant Siltation Of The Reservoir, The Coastal Zone Is Locally Overgrown With Reeds And Cattail. The Slopes Have An Irregular, Jagged Shape. In Its Current State, It Is Not Possible To Use The Full Capacity Of The Tank.3.3. Technical Data: Reservoir With The Following Parameters: Total Area - P = 9546.96 M2 Flood Area (Water Table) - F = 7893.93 M2 Bottom Area - D = 6057.30 M23.4. Description Of The Designed Solutions: The Following Works Are Planned As Part Of The Project: - Local Cutting And Clearing Of Bushes And Reeds - Mowing Of Lichens From The Slopes, - Cleaning The Reservoir Of Silt Along With Profiling (Drlogging), - Shaping Of The Reservoir Slopes, - Securing The Foot Of The Slope With A Band With A Fascine Gutter, - Securing The Reservoir Slopes (Note: It Is Not Required With Rip-Rap Stone As Indicated In The Technical Documentation) - Renovation Works On Existing Culverts, Damaged Elements Should Be Replaced With New Ones.3.5. In Case Of Doubt, The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As A Supplement To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3.6. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Construction Documentation, Which Consists Of: • Annex No. 2.1. – Technical Design - Description• Annex No. 2.2. – Drawings• Annex No. 2.3. – Bill Of Quantities • Annex No. 2.4. – Notification Of Work Completion 3.7. The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee And Warranty For Construction Works And Used/Delivered Materials And Equipment For A Minimum Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Final Acceptance. Contractors May Offer A Longer Warranty And Guarantee Period In Accordance With Chapter 15 Of Swz.3.8. The Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Town Of Łagówek (Łagów Commune).
