The Requirements For Implementation Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1. The Warranty Service Of The Devices For The Protection Of Web Applications (Waf) Includes: 1. Warranty Service For A Period Of At Least 36 (Thirty-Six) Months In Mode 8X5xnbd; 2. A Minimum Of 36 (Thirty) Months Warranty Service For Firewalls; 2. A Minimum Of 36 (Thirty) Months Of Technical Support; 3. A Minimum Of 36 (Thirty) Months Of Software Upgrades. *** Term For Delivery Of The Equipment Up To 30 (Thirty) Working Days, Starting From The Date Of The Notification Of Secured Financing Sent By The Employer And Presentation By The Contractor Of The Specified Performance Guarantee, Under The Terms Of The Contract. The Term Of Guarantee Service Is In Accordance With The Period Proposed By The Participant In His Offer, Starting From The Date Of The Acceptance-Handover Protocol For The Delivery Of The Equipment. *** *** *** In Case It Is Not A Manufacturer, The Participant In The Public Procurement Should Be Duly Authorized By The Manufacturer Or Its Official Representative For The Right Of Distribution/Delivery Of The Offered Products On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Participant In The Public Procurement Proves His Compliance With The Set Requirement By Applying An Authorization Letter Or Another Equivalent Document Issued By The Manufacturer Or By His Official Representative In Bulgarian Language Or Accompanied By A Translation Into Bulgarian Language Document), An Authorization Letter Issued By The Manufacturer (Or An Equivalent Document In Bulgarian Or Accompanied By A Bulgarian Translation) Is Attached, With Which The Official Representative Of The Manufacturer Is Authorized To Provide Authorization To Third Parties Can Lead To A Delay In The Execution Of The Public Contract, As Well As To Its Termination.
