The Object Of The Procurement Is The Production Of A Terrain-Patterned (Mku) Thigh Bag Intended For Medical Instruments (2000 Pcs. + 2000 Pcs. As An Option). The Thigh Bags Must Be Delivered During 2026 And Any Optional Thigh Bags Must Be Delivered During 2027. The Defense Forces (Hereafter The Customer) Decides Separately The Number Of Thigh Bags To Be Ordered As An Option. Medical Products Are Transported In The Duffel Bag. It Is Attached To The Leg And The Belt, And It Must Also Be Able To Be Used With Various Protective Vests And/Or Equipment Vests In Off-Road Conditions. The Contents Of The Duffel Bag Are Standard And Medical Products Must Fit Inside The Bag. The Thigh Bag Is Manufactured In Accordance With The Technical Requirement Definition Drawn Up By The Customer (Appendix 1 Technical Requirement Definition Of The Thigh Bag). The Provider Must Zone The Product Himself. The Selected Supplier Will Also Make The Resulting Formulas Available To The Subscriber, And The Subscriber Must Have An Irrevocable Right To Use The Formulas In The Manner Specified In The Contract Terms. The Terms Of The Contract Regarding The Acquisition Are Described In Appendix 2 Draft Contract. If The Terms And Conditions Of The Tender Are In Conflict With Its Appendices, The Terms And Requirements Presented In The Tender Are Applied First And Then The Appendices In Their Ascending Order. Tender Samples To Verify The Conformity Of The Offered Products, The Tenderer Must Attach The Tender And Material Samples To His Tender.
