North Karelias Procurement Department Is Preparing The Upcoming Food Procurement Tendering Of The Joensuu Evangelical Lutheran Parish Union And Invites Food Industry Operators To Participate In The Market Dialogue. The Goal Is To Map The Markets Current Supply, Delivery Solutions And Development Trends That Support The High-Quality And Responsible Food Services Of The Parish Association. The Joensuu Parish Association Includes Six Parishes In Different Parts Of The Province Of North Karelia:- Joensuu Parish- Pielisensuu Parish- Rantakylä Parish- Vaara-Karelia Parish- Pyhäselkä Parish- Eno Parish The Activities Of The Parish Association Are Versatile, So The Procurement And Delivery Needs Of Food Vary. The Customer Needs To Use Retail Outlets And Order Products From Them For Delivery. Some Of The Locations Also Use Wholesale Deliveries And Pick-Up Wholesale Services. It Is Hoped That Companies/Operators Operating In These Sectors (E.G. Food Wholesale, Retail, Other Food Industry Operators) And Regions Will Participate In The Market Dialogue. The Congregation Association Wants To Promote Environmental Responsibility And Sustainable Development Principles In Its Purchases. The Group Has The Churchs Environmental Diploma At Its Disposal, Which Acts As The Organizations Environmental System And Guides Practical Procurement Work. The Diploma Requires That In The Planning And Implementation Of Procurement, The Environmental Impact Of Products And Services, The Life Cycle And The Possibilities To Reduce The Carbon Footprint Are Evaluated. Market Dialogues Are Organized As Company-Specific Discussion Events. At The Event, The Customer Introduces Himself And Tells About The Current Practices Of Food Procurement And The Goals Of Future Procurement. At The Event, The Operator Has The Opportunity To Introduce Himself, And In Addition To The Discussion, Ask Questions And Suggestions And Bring Up Possible Issues To Be Considered In Relation To The Competition.
