1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Construction Of A Pumptrack With Accompanying Infrastructure For Part Plot No. Geod. 1811, 1812, 1105/2, 1106 In Śmigiel. The Scope Of The Investment Includes In Particular The Construction Of A Pump Track, The Construction Of A Mineral Path Leading Users To The Pump Track Area, Recreation Facilities For Users Of The Bicycle Track And A Playground Located On The Existing Slope. The Investment Involves Lighting The Track Area. The Recreation Area Will Be Equipped With Small Architectural Elements, Such As Benches, Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks And Plant Compositions.2. The Contractor Is Additionally Obliged To Report The Completion Of The Construction Of The Investment In Question To The District Construction Supervision Inspector In Kościan.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Part Iii Swz.4. The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Order Documents, Should Be Made In Accordance With The Standards Indicated In The Design Documentation. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect.5. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of This Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). The Above Requirements Include The Following Types Of Activities: 1) Construction Of The Track Surface, Mineral Surface And Greenery, 2) Execution Of The Lighting Installation. 8.
