The Scope Of Construction Works In Question Includes The Following Types Of Damage Requiring A Different Scope Of Repair Work And Conservation Intervention: 1) Removing Defects In The Layer Protecting The Crown Of The Walls, Resulting In The Penetration Of Rainwater Deep Into The Wall Structure And Washing Out The Mortar. 2) Filling Deep Mortar Losses In The Joints, In Particular - In The Area Of Opening Frames And Arched Lintels Of Openings And Arcades. 3) Liquidation Bulging Sections Of The Wall Caused By Detachment Of The Facing Layers Combined With Deep Losses Of Mortar And Fragments Of Stone Facing Elements. 4) Repair And Maintenance Of The Damaged Face Of Fragments Of Brick Walls, Made Of Finger Bricks, Associated With Peeling Or Powdering Of The Surface Layer Of The Brick And Filling In Defects Caused By Falling Stone Blocks. 5) Removal Of Calcium Carbonate Stains, Greening With Algae And Lichens And In A Few Places With Wild Vegetation, Together With Disinfection Of Green Areas And Their Impregnation. Discovering The Places Where The Walls Were Founded On The Native Rock, Located Below The Humus Layer, Then Cleaning These Places And Disinfecting And Impregnating The Wall Sections In These Places. 6) Replacement Of Fragments Of Protection And Surface Grouting Made With Cement Mortar, Causing The Degradation Of Both The Deeper Limestone Mortars And The Destruction Of The Stones Forming The Wall, With Protection Made With Renovation Mortars And Their Hydrophobization.
