Building Construction Work – Reconstruction, Addition, And Energy And Static Renovation Of The Building Of The Faculty Of Security Sciences Of The University Of Maribor (Um Fvv) At Kotnikova Ulica 8 In Ljubljana. The Purpose Of The Project Is The Demolition Of A Part Of The Existing Building Of The Faculty Of Security Sciences Of The University Of Maribor (Hereafter Fvv), Reconstruction And Static And Energy Rehabilitation Of The Preserved Part And The Addition Of A New Part, With The Aim Of Increasing The Current Capacities. The Existing Fvv Building Is Located At Kotnikova Street 8 In Ljubljana. The Offer Must Cover All Offer Items. In The Order In Question, A Preliminary Visit Of The Location Is Required, For Which Bidders Receive A Certificate, Which They Bring With Them To The Visit (Form No. 15). Viewing Is Mandatory (Item 10.2.4. Instructions To Bidders For The Preparation Of An Offer). The Completion Of All Works Is No Later Than 22 Months From The Start Of The Work. The Execution Period Includes All Construction, Craftsmanship, Installation And Furnishing Work, As Well As Obtaining A Use Permit.
