Travel Agency, Tour Operator And Tourist Assistance Services - Comprehensive Organization Of Two Two-Day Study Visits In The Lower Silesian And Łódź Voivodeships, Carried Out By The Małopolska Voivodeship As Part Of The Project Entitled Regions Of Revitalization Edition 3.0, With Option Rights. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization And Logistic Support Of Two Two-Day Study Visits, One Of Which Will Be Carried Out In The Lower Silesian Voivodeship And The Other In The Łódź Voivodeship, Each Intended For A Minimum Of 15 And A Maximum Of 30 Participants - Employees Of Municipal Offices In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Employees Of Municipal Organizational Units In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Municipal Authorities And Members Of The Revitalization Committees. From The Małopolska Voivodeship, As Well As Members Of The Revitalization Task Force At The Marshals Office Of The Małopolska Voivodeship. 2. As Part Of The Basic Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Transport, Accommodation, Meals, Preparation Of A Detailed Route, Logistics For Meetings With Admission Tickets, A Trip Coordinator, Guides, Participants Insurance, As Well As Promotional Materials And Gadgets For Each Study Visit Participant During Each Study Visit. 3. Under The Option Right, During Each Study Visit, The Contractor Will Provide All Participants Of The Visits And Representatives Of The Visited Cities With Tour Guide System Receivers With Headphones And At Least Two Transmitters, Enabling The Possible Division Of Participants Into Groups. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Swz And Will Be Included As An Annex To The Public Procurement Contract. 5. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Incorporated Into The Content Of This Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 6. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.
