Feasibility Study, Advisory Service, Analysis – Feasibility Study To Double The Production Capacity Of Candu-6 Type Nuclear Fuel Bundles - Cr 41438. The Object Of The Acquisition Consists In The Elaboration Of The Technical-Economic Documentation Related To The Investment Doubling The Production Capacity Of Nuclear Fuel Bundles Of The Candu-6 Type, Feasibility Study Phase According To The Content Requirements Of Gd No. 907/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Annex 4 (In The Case Of The Mixed Investment Objective, The Feasibility Study Will Be Developed In Compliance With The Framework Content Provided For In Annex No. 4 To Gd No. 907/2016, Completed With The Specific Elements From The Framework Content Of The Documentation For The Approval Of Intervention Works) And Will Comply With The Requirements Established By The Design Theme, Annex D To The Specifications. The Feasibility Study Will Determine/Recommend, Justified And Documented, An Optimal Solution For Making The Investment Regarding Doubling The Production Capacity Of Candu-6 Type Nuclear Fuel Bundles, By Analyzing, Substantiating And Proposing Three Different Technical-Economic Scenarios, In Accordance With Gd No. 907/2016 With Subsequent Changes And Additions. The Provider Will Draw Up All The Specialized Studies/Documentation And Technical Expertise, Necessary For The Preparation Of The Feasibility Study. For The Fulfillment Of The Contract, The Provider Will Ensure A Project Team Involved In The Implementation Of The Project, Composed Of At Least 5 Members (A Specialist Can Hold Authorization In One Or More Fields), Which Will Cover The Fields Of Expertise For The Following Roles: 1. Project Coordinator (Project Manager) - Key Expert; 2. Nuclear Fuel Production/Manufacturing Expert - Key Expert; 3. Specialist In The Field Of Radiological Protection - Specialist; 4. Architectural Designer, Architect With Right To Sign, Member Of O.A.R. Or Internationally Recognized Equivalent - Specialist; 5. Structural Designer - Specialist; 6. Designer Of Electrical Installations And Electrical Networks Related To Constructions - Specialist; 7. Designer Of Weak Current Electrical Installations And Designer Of Security Systems, Related To Constructions - Specialist; 8. Designer Of Sanitary And Thermal Installations - Specialist; 9. Designer Of Air Conditioning, Ventilation And Air Treatment Installations - Specialist; 10. Designer Of Fire Extinguishing Installations - Specialist; 11. Smoke And Hot Gas Exhaust System Designer - Specialist; 12. Technical Expert In The Atex Field - Specialist; 13. Expert In The Economic-Financial Field - Key Expert.
