The Facility Will Complement The Existing Sports And Recreation Base In Oborniki And Will Have The Character Of A Sports And Recreational Facility Open To The Public Intended For School Youth And The Local Community And Surrounding Towns.3. The Following Works Are Planned To Be Carried Out: A) Construction, Finishing And Equipping Of A Roofed, Dual-Function Ice Rink-Pitch; B) Construction, Finishing And Equipping Of A Social Facilities Building, Including Sanitary Facilities, Skate Rental And Ticket Office, Locker Rooms, Service Facilities, Garage For Ice Rink Maintenance And Care Equipment, Sanitary Facilities Adapted For Use By Disabled People, Auxiliary Rooms; C) Construction Of A Room For Generator And Rollers With A Melter; D) Comprehensive Equipment Of The Facility With Furniture And Necessary Sports Equipment Enabling The Use Of The Facility In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose; E) Installation Of Internal And External Windows And Doors In The Building; F) Performance Of Finishing Works, Including Wall And Floor Cladding In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In The Further Part Of The Study; G) Implementation Of Water And Sewage, Central Heating And Ventilation Installations In The Building; H) Implementation Of Electrical Installations Together With A New Switchboard And Security Measures. Fire Protection, Internal And External Led Lighting, Including The Delivery And Installation Of Fixtures And Accessories;I) Development Of Green Areas.4.
