Tender – Crescent View Headworks Facility . A Request For Qualifications (Rfq) For Prime Contractors Process Has Been Completed Prior To Issuance Of These Bid Documents . The Seven (7) Contractors Who Successfully Qualified And Are Eligible To Bid On This Contract Have Been Notified In Writing And Are Noted Below: Aecon Water Infrastructure In Graham Construction And Engineering Lp Industra Construction Corp. Maple Reinders Constructors Ltd Nac Constructors Ltd. Pcl Construction Management Inc. Westridge Construction Ltd. The Work Generally Comprises Of The Construction Of The New Crescent View Headworks Facility In The City Of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The Work Includes: • Furnishing Of All Materials, Plant, Equipment, Tools, Supplies, Temporary Lighting And Heating, Transportation, Labour And Superintendence Necessary For The Construction Of The Work • Construction New Crescent View Headworks Facility Complete With A Generator Building, One Septage Receiving Station, And Two Bulk Water Truck Fill Stations. This Work Includes But Is Not Limited To: Building Foundations And Envelopes, Mechanical, Electrical And Process Work. • Underground Utility Construction Including But Not Limited To: 650Mm And 600Mm Force Mains, 1500 Mm And 900 Mm Sanitary Sewers, Sanitary Truck Connection Chambers, Flow Splitting Chamber, Treatment Bypass Valve Chamber, And Watermains. • Earthworks On Site Including But Not Limited To; Excavation And Backfilling Of New Headworks Facility And Associated Site Works, Construction Of New And Parking Lot, And Truck Turn-A-Round Road, And Lagoon Berm Removal/Restoration Including Temporary Cofferdam At The Wastewater Treatment Plant Sites. • Civil Site Work Including But Not Limited To: Organic Stripping, Landscaping, Topsoiling, Grass Seeding And Fence Installation. • Planning, Engineering, And Construction Of A Watertight Shoring System To Support Excavation Around The Headworks Building And The Removal Of Contaminated Soils. • Remediation Of Contaminated Soils Encountered At The Project Site In As Specified Herein Including The Appended Phase Ii Esa And Corrective Action Plan. • Demolition Of Both The Existing Crescent View Lift Station And Wastewater Treatment Plant Grit Building. This Work Includes Hazardous Materials Identification, Removal, And Disposal. • Commissioning Of All Facilities. • Testing All Materials For Approval For Incorporation Into The Work. • Cleaning Up Of The Site. • Repair Of All Defects For Two Years After Completion Of The Work
