Ubch Koerner Elevators 4-6 Upgrade . This Invitation To Tender Is Being Issued By The Health Organization For A General Contractor For The E252-00 Ubch Koerner Elevators 4-6 Upgrades. This Project Is For Modernization And Equipment Upgrades Of Ubc Hospital - Koerner Pavilion Elevators 4,5, 6. The Elevators Will Be Modernized Sequentially Starting With Elevator 6, Then 5 Which Are A Duplex Configuration And Subsequently Upon Completion Elevator 4. The Project Includes Significant Infection Control Measures And Continuity Of Clinical Operations Requiring An Experienced Qualified General Contractor And Sub-Contractors In Elevator Modernizations And Work In An Active Clinical And Surgical Hospital Environment. Elevators 5 And 6 Servicing The North End Of The Hospital And Are The Primary Transport Elevators For Hospital Patients And Provide Access To The Mechanical Level On The Penthouse Of The Building. The Work Will Include Management Of The Elevator Sub Trade As Well As Electrical, Mechanical, Telecom And It Wiring And May Include Minor Structural Work. The Work Is Anticipated To Start May 4, 2026.
