The North Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (Pohde) Establishes A Dynamic Procurement System (Dps), Which Is Used To Acquire The Goods Described In This Request For Participation And Its Attachments For The Needs Of Pohte And Its Yta Area. The Yta Area Includes The Welfare Area Of Lapland (Lapha), The Welfare Area Of Central Ostrobothnia (Soite) And The Welfare Area Of Kainuu. The Procurement Unit Tenders Procurements Through Separate Dps Internal Tenders, In Which Suppliers Approved For The System Can Participate. The Procurement Unit Accepts Into The System All Candidates Who Have Submitted A Participation Application And Meet The Suitability Requirements Set For Candidates. The Dps Procurement Procedure Is Described In More Detail In The Appendix To The Request For Participation, Description Of The Dps Procurement Procedure. Within The Dynamic Procurement System, Products From The Following Product Groups Will Be Procured As Appropriate Wholes: Basic Dental Care Supplies And Materials For Example, Fillers, Matrices, Endodontic Supplies, Prophylaxis, Disposable Products, Disinfectants And Cleaning Agents, Diagnostic Supplies, Saliva Suction Discs, Brush Sticks, Cotton Balls And Other Possible Products Belonging To This Product Group. Instruments For Example, Mirrors And Mirror Arms, Probes, Probes, Gum Pocket Gauges, Curettes, Calculus Removal Instruments, Sickles, Forceps, Drills, Handpieces And Angle Pieces, Orthodontic Instruments, Surgical Instruments, Ball Benders, Wool, Punching Instruments, Atulas And Other Possible Products Belonging To This Product Group. Prosthetics For Example, Impression Materials, Impression Spoons, Fixation Cements, Crown And Bridge Materials, Base Materials, Laboratory Supplies, Cad/Cam Materials, Bite Registration Materials And Foils, Spoon Glues, Retraction Threads, Hemostasis Gels And Other Possible Products Belonging To This Product Group. Orthodontics For Example, Brackets, Archwires, Rings, Coils, Elastomers, Ligatures, Orthodontic Appliances, Fixation Materials, Cleaning Products For Orthodontics And Other Possible Products Belonging To This Product Group. Implants And Bone Substitutes For Example Dental Implants, Healing Extensions, Cover Screws, Abutments, Implant Systems Own Instruments And Sets, Surgical Drills And Guides For Implantation, Bone Substitutes, Resorbable And Non-Resorbable Membranes, Growth Factors, Regenerative Products, Special Surgical Products And Other Possible Products Belonging To This Product Group. Other And New Products For Example, All Such Products, Accessories And Instruments That Were Not Taken Into Account During The Establishment Phase Or That Enter The Market During The Contract Periods. This Also Includes, For Example, New Innovations, Pilots, Individual Special Products And Products Required By New Treatment Methods. If Necessary, The Procurement Unit Has The Right To Acquire Equipment Outside The Dynamic Procurement System, For Example Separately
