The Subject Of The Order Is Work Related To The Following: Renovation Of The Bridge Along The Municipal Road No. 113770R Nowy Glinik Stara Droga At Km 0+607 In The Town Of Nowy Glinik. The Renovation Includes A Permanent Bridge Over The Stream Tributary From Nowy Glinik, Located At Km 3+150 Of The Stream And At Km 0+607 Of The Municipal Road. The Renovation Of The Bridge Requires The Complete Dismantling Of The Span Along With The Damaged Upper Parts Of The Abutments And The Two-Sided Wings Adjacent To The Eastern Support, Which Is Detailed In The Drawing Part Of The Project. In Order To Build The Designed Reinforced Concrete Structures To Strengthen These Elements, It Is Necessary To Partially Uncover Them From The Side Of The Watercourse, As Well As To Dismantle And Cut Off The Outermost Layer Of The Damaged Shaft Of The Eastern Abutment, Which Is Necessary To Maintain The Existing Bridge Clearance. After The Renovation, The Bridge Will Be A Reinforced Concrete Box Structure With A Bottom Slab Monolithically Connected To The End Walls. The Walls Constructed At The Inlet And Outlet Of The Stream Will Provide A Stable Anchor For The Structure In The Stream Bottom, While Protecting Its Elements Against Washing Away. All Load-Bearing And Reinforcing Elements Were Designed From B-30 Gravel Concrete Reinforced With A-Iii Ribbed Steel. After They Have Been Completed And The Covered Surfaces Are Protected With Coating Moisture Insulation, The Excavations On The Access Roads Should Be Backfilled With Properly Compacted Natural Stone Aggregate. Within The Completed Sections Of The Road Body At Both-Side Access Roads And Bridge Wings, It Is Necessary To Appropriately Shape And Profile The Earth Embankments. Double-Sided Bridge Barrier Rails Of The Bb 3/A Type Will Be Attached To The Cantilever Parts Of The Slab (Sidewalks) Along Their Outer Edges, Extended On The Access Roads With 8.0 M Long Energy-Absorbing Barriers. On 5.00 M Long Sections At The Inlet And Outlet Of The Stream, Its Banks Should Be Reinforced With Stone And Mesh Structures, And The Bottom Should Be Reinforced With Thick Stone Riprap. The Substructure In The Sections Directly Adjacent To The Bridge Should Be Made Of Appropriately Compacted Layers Of Crushed Stone. The Above-Mentioned Base Layers Should Be Laid On The Entire Road, Including The Roadsides. In The Place Of The Transverse Contact Of The Designed Road Surface With The Existing Bituminous Surface, In Order To Ensure Their Proper Connections, It Is Necessary To Perform Mechanical Cutting And Cold Milling Of The Asphalt Surface, With The Cuttings Being Removed Up To A Distance Of 1 Km. Milling Depth 4 Cm. On The Prepared Access Road Surface And The Concrete Slab Of The Span, A Two-Layer Surface Made Of Mineral-Asphalt, Gravel And Gravel, Standard Ii, Was Laid; Binding Layer 3 Cm Thick + Wearing Course Kr 1-2 4 Cm Thick After Compaction.
