The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of Traffic Lights At The Intersection Of Zaborowska-Witosa-Korfantego Streets: 1) Installation Of A Traffic Light Controller, 2) Installation Of New Masts, Poles And Boom Structures, 3) Construction Of Cable Ducting With Installation Of Cable Wells, 4) Execution Of Transverse Jacking Under The Road, 5) Laying Of Signaling Cables For Signals, Cameras, Buttons For Pedestrians, Acoustic Signals,6) Installation Of Signals On Masts And Boom Structures,7) Installation Of Detection Cameras On Masts And Boom Structures,8) Installation Of Buttons For Pedestrians,9) Connecting Cables In The Traffic Light Controller,10) Carrying Out Control Measurements Of The Installation And Commissioning The Signaling Controller,11) Widening The Existing Bitumen Path,12) Introducing Permanent Traffic Organization In Accordance With The Approved Sor Design. 2. Additionally, The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: 1) Development Of A Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Works, Obtaining The Required Opinions And Approval, And Its Implementation For The Duration Of The Works, Taking Into Account Pedestrian And Bicycle Communication Within The Modernized Crossings, 2) Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, 3) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Including A List Of The Lengths And Areas Of The Built And Reconstructed Individual Elements Of The Road Infrastructure, Performance Of Any Other Accompanying Works Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order In In Particular Those Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works As Well As In Bills Of Quantities And Industry Arrangements, 4) Protection Of Existing Underground Utilities Against Damage, 5) Before The Commencement Of Works, Protective Zones Should Be Designated For All Trees Within The Boundaries Of The Works (Permanently Marked In The Field, They May Be E.G. Fenced), The Diameter Of The Zone Should Be Determined In Accordance With Modern Dendrological Knowledge Based On The Tree Species And Their Health Condition. Earthworks Or Other Activities Performed With The Use Of Mechanical Equipment Or Devices, Within The Root Ball And Crown Of Trees Or Low Greenery, Should Be Performed In A Way That Least Harms The Trees And Shrubs. Work Should Be Carried Out With Particular Caution So As Not To Damage Tall And Low Vegetation, Including Its Root System And Crown. If Necessary, Protect Tree Trunks Against Damage With Covers. 3. The Subject Of The Order Has Been Described In Detail In Accordance With Art. 103 Of The Public Procurement Law Using Design Documentation, Including Bills Of Quantities And Stwior, Which Constitute Annex No. 1 To The Agreement.
