The Parks Department Is In Need More Shop Space For Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Greenhouse And Ipm Groups. The Existing Greenhouse Also Needs Some Upgrades As The Walls Are In Poor Condition. This New Shop Space Would Ideally Have A Large Mezzanine With A Few Offices And A Large Multi Use Area For Training, Meetings Etc. This New Building Could Be In Place Of The Existing Header House Or Could Be Built In Addition To The Existing Header House.
