Annual Maintenance Of Fire And Electronic Security Systems. Based On The Maintenance Contract, The Task Is To Maintain The Properties Fire And Electronic Security Systems In Such A Way That The Condition And Functionality According To The Device-Specific Instructions And Regulations Are Realized. (Appendix 1). The Tenderer Must Have A License To Operate As A Fire Alarm Shop. The Maintenance Prices For Security Equipment Are Stated As Annual Prices Without Value Added Tax Without Indexation Per Property And Equipment. If New Items With Security Equipment Are Completed, Purchased Or Rented For The Customer, The Customer Has The Right To Add Them To The Scope Of This Contract Under The Same Conditions And Price Level As The Corresponding Equipment Is Priced In The Offer. The Maintenance Contract Is Concluded For 2 Years, The First Maintenance Year Is 2026. The Customer Has The Right To Cancel The Maintenance Contract For An Individual Object. Bids Are Opened After The Deadline For Submitting Bids. The Tender Opening Ceremony Is Not Public. The Customer Reserves The Right To Reject All Offers. Late Bids Will Be Rejected
