Construction Work – Student Village 2 A - D, 3 A - D, 4 A - D Basic Improvement. The Target Is The Basic Renovation Of The Residential Apartment Buildings Yo-Kylä 2 A - D, 3 A - D And 4 A - D, Owned By The Turku Student Village Foundation (Tys). The Repair Project Includes The Basic Repair Of All Apartments (434 Units) And Common Areas. In Addition, New Apartments (13 Units) Will Be Built In Place Of The Common Kitchens Of The Current Buildings 4 A - D And The Common Space On The 4Th Floor Of Building 4 B. After The Project Is Completed, There Will Be 447 Apartments. The Technical Rooms On The Lower Levels Of The Stairwells Will Be Built As Compartmentalized Technical Rooms. In The Apartments And Common Areas, All Surfaces And Furniture Will Be Renewed. The Water Roofs Of Buildings 4 A-D Will Be Renewed. The Stairwell Doors Of All Apartments Will Be Renewed. In Terms Of Building Technology, The Current Exhaust Ventilation Will Be Renewed As Apartment-Specific Intake And Exhaust Ventilation With Heat Recovery. The Water And Heating Systems Will Be Renewed And Water Meters Will Be Installed In The Apartments. Sewers And Rainwater Drains Will Be Renewed. Electrical And Automation Systems Will Be Renewed And Apartment-Specific Electrical Centers And Electricity Meters Will Be Installed. On The Outside Of The Buildings, The District Heating Pipes On The Plot, The Plot Water Line, The Plot Sewers, The Fiber And Telecommunications Network, The Electricity Network And The Rainwater Pipes Will Be Renewed. The Heating And Electricity Network On The Plot Are Owned By Tys. Hvac Changes And Installations Cause Construction Engineering Work And Earth Excavation In Buildings. The Contract Includes Demolition Work Inside And Outside As Well As Hvac Technology Demolition Work. Asbestos And Other Harmful Substances In Old Structures Must Be Taken Into Account During Demolition Work. The Aha Mapping Reports Are Attached To The Tender Request. Presentation Of The Site: The Presentation Of The Construction Site Will Take Place On Monday, May 4, 2026 At 10:00 A.M. You Must Register For The Presentation In Advance By E-Mail To Nartiletukset@Tys.Fi, No Later Than 30 April 2026. If There Are No Registrants, Presentations Will Not Be Organized.
