Subject Of The Order: Renovation Of Premises For The Purposes Of Establishing A Department To Fight Digital Crime. Construction Works Will Be Performed In The Facility That Is Open 24/7. Address To Which The Order Applies: Ul. Limanowskiego 9526-600 Radom Each Time, The Scope Of Work Should Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The User Of The Facility. The General Scope Of Construction Works Will Consist In Carrying Out Renovation Works Covering The Following Sectors: Construction, Electrical And Sanitary. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Construction Site From The Moment Of Taking Over The Construction Site. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Construction Insurance For The Value Of The Offered Offer And For The Duration Of The Construction Works. On-Site Inspection Due To The Lack Of An Inventory Of The Facility, The Ordering Party Imposes An Obligation To Perform An On-Site Inspection Before Submitting The Offer. If The On-Site Visit Is Not Carried Out On One Of The Dates Indicated By The Ordering Party Or On Another Date Set Individually At The Request Of The Contractor, The Offer Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law.
