The Subject Of The Task Is To Carry Out Renovation Works On The Road Bridge Structure Over The Warta River Along Józefa Piłsudskiego And Jana Kilińskiego Streets In Śrem In The Scope Of: - Repair Of Expansion Zones Of The Structure (Replacement Of Expansion Joint Devices, Repair Of Crossbeams), - Replacement Of Cornices (Demolition Of Sidewalk Caps With Installation Of Prefabricated Boards), - Repair Of Existing Balustrades, - Replacement Of The Existing Road Surface (Including Repair Of Insulation), - Replacement Of Bearings, Sills And Inlets. The Implementation Of The Above Assumptions Adopted In The Project Will Primarily Improve The Technical Condition Of The Facility, But Also The Safety Of Pedestrian, Bicycle And Car Traffic, As Well As Comfort, Aesthetics And Reduce The Negative Impact On The Environment. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver To The Investor And Transport To The Indicated Place (Up To 5.0 Km) Stone Curbs From Demolition And Material From Milling Of Asphalt Concrete Surfaces. The Remaining Demolition Elements Are Subject To Export To The Contractors Landfill Along With Their Mandatory Disposal By The Contractor. Details Of The Subject Of The Order Are Consistent With The Descriptions Contained In The Design Documentation For The Facility In Question, Which Is An Annex To The Swz. Under The Concluded Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop, Implement And Maintain Temporary Traffic Organization Throughout The Implementation Period. The Names Of Manufacturers And Products Used Only Serve To Specify The Subject Of The Order, And The Order Must Be Completed Using Materials Indicated In The Documentation Or Equivalent. If An Equivalent Offer Is Submitted, It Is Required That The Equivalent Product Has Identical Or Better Properties, Performance Parameters, And Chemical Composition As The Products Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Indication Of A Brand Or Trade Name By The Ordering Party Determines The Class Of The Product That Is The Subject Of The Order And Serves To Establish A Standard, And Does Not Indicate A Specific Product Or A Specific Manufacturer. The Original Nomenclature Or Symbolism Is Provided To Correctly Identify The Subject Of The Order. The Reference Model Is An Exemplary Product That Meets The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. If The Order Documentation Indicates Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Procurement Documentation
