The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance Of Road Markings In The City And Commune Of Polkowice. The Renewal And Designation Of New Markings Will Cover Surfaces Selected By The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Task Includes: 1) Painting Thin-Layer Horizontal Marking Surfaces (White Paint) - Made With Thin-Layer Acrylic Solvent Paints With A Layer Thickness Of 0.3 To 0.8 Mm With The Addition Of Reflective Materials In The Form Of Hydrophobized Glass Balls (Paint With Reflective Properties Made Of Materials Approved By Ibdim Road Markings).2) Painting The Surface Of Thin-Layer Road Markings (Colored Paint, E.G. Blue, Red, Yellow) - Made With Thin-Layer Acrylic Solvent Paints With A Layer Thickness Of 0.3 To 0.8 Mm With The Addition Of Reflective Materials In The Form Of Hydrophobized Glass Balls (Paint With Reflective Properties Made Of Materials Approved By Ibdim For Horizontal Road Markings).3) Painting The Surface Of Road Markings. Thick Layer - Made Using Special Chemically Hardened Or Thermoset, Abrasion-Resistant Masses With The Addition Of Reflective Materials (Glass Microspheres In The Amount Of 250 To 350 G/M2) From Materials Approved By Ibdim For Horizontal Road Markings.4) Removal Of Thin-Layer Or Thick-Layer Horizontal Markings (Regardless Of The Thickness Of The Layer Being Removed) By Milling, Shot-Blasting, Sandblasting Etc. The Pattern And Method Of Placing Horizontal Markings Must Be In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of July 3, 2003 On Detailed Technical Conditions For Road Signs And Signals As Well As Road Traffic Safety Devices And The Conditions For Their Placement On Roads (Journal Of Laws 2019.2311, As Amended). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Indicate In The Reports The Type Of Works That Must Be Carried Out During The Hours Designated By The Ordering Partys Representative On Roads With Particularly Heavy Traffic. The Working Hours Are From 8 P.M. To 5 A.M., I.E. Outside Peak Traffic Hours. The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party A Warranty For The Works Performed, Including: - Thick-Layer Horizontal Markings For Three Years, - Thin-Layer Horizontal Markings For One Year, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance, Without Defects. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Inspections, Including At The Request Of The Ordering Party And To Remove Any Existing And Identified Defects Free Of Charge. Defects Within 7 Days From The Date Of E-Mail Notification. The Detailed Scope Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
