The Subcontractor Must Do The Complete Electrical Design Of The High-Voltage System. The Design Includes Wiring Diagrams, Detailed Circuit Diagrams, Equipment Layout Drawings, Cabling And Sizing Solutions, Protection And Control System Design, Grounding System Design And All Required Calculations, Including Short-Circuit Calculations, Load Flow Calculations And Insulation Coordination. The Subcontractor Must Provide The Following Test Results: 1) All Work Must Comply With Applicable Iec, En And National Standards, Including Iec 62271 Suurjännitekytkinlaitteille, Iec 60071 Eristyskoordinaatiolle. 2) The Device Must Work Reliably And Safely In A Hospital Environment. The Device Must Not Cause Interference To Other Devices And Must Meet The Requirements Of The Emc Standard Iec 60601-1-2. The Subcontractor Must Appoint A Project Manager Who Is Responsible For Communication And Reporting, And Is Responsible For The Coordination Of All Design Interfaces Related To The Manufacturability Of The Product. Deliverables Must Be Available Both In Editable Native Format And In Pdf Format. The Subcontractor Must Participate In Design Reviews And Update The Documentation As Necessary. Customer Acceptance Does Not Relieve The Subcontractor Of Responsibility For The Accuracy And Completeness Of The Design. The Subcontractor Must Assemble Five (5) Prototype Level Units For Performance And Emc Testing And Procure All Required Materials. Prototypes Must Correspond As Closely As Possible – Both Functionally And Externally – To High-Voltage Sources Intended For Series Production. Activities Are Performed To Ensure That All Applicable Requirements Are Met And To Support Product Development And Production Readiness. After Five Prototype Units Have Passed Tests, The Subcontractor Must Deliver 50 Functionally Approved Units.
