Building Construction Work - Implementation Of Engineering (Design, Smr And Authors Supervision) For The Construction Of A New Educational Base Of The Mathematical High School Dr. Peter Beron In Pi 10135.3513.2074 In The 26Th M.R., District Mladost, City Of Varna. When Executing The Order, The Following Should Be Carried Out: 1. Designing In The Technical Phase Of The Following Parts Of The Investment Project: Plumbing - Internal And Site, Electrical - Internal And Site, Fire Alarm, Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning, Specialized Installations, Elevator Systems, Communication Solution, Gasification, Irrigation System, Safety And Health Plan, Construction Waste Management Plan; 2. Elaboration Of Work Projects In The Scope Necessary For The Quality Implementation Of Smr And Implementation Of Authors Supervision During The Construction Of The Parts Designed Under Item 1; 3. Coordination Of The Prepared Project Parts By The Contractor With All Control Bodies, Operating Companies, Municipal And State Institutions, In Accordance With The Legal Requirements, Before Handing Over The Projects To The Contracting Authority For An Assessment Of Their Compliance With The Essential Requirements For Construction; 4. Implementation Of Smr, According To The Approved Project Documentation From The Technical And Working Phase In Its Entirety, Including The Project Parts, Outside The Scope Of This Public Procurement; 5. Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Necessary And Corresponding To The Investment Project (As A Whole) Construction Products; 6. Production And/Or Delivery Of Construction Details/Elements And Equipment And Their Investment In The Construction; 7. Notifying The Employer Of The Need For Additional Design; 8. Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests; 9. Compilation Of Construction Documents And Preparation Of The Executive Documentation Of The Construction; 10. Participation In The Procedure For Putting The Construction Into Operation; 11. Removal Of Deficiencies Identified During The Handover Of The Construction And Its Commissioning; 12. Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Warranty Periods Determined By The Public Procurement Contract In Accordance With The Offer; 13. Performing Copyright Supervision. At The Present Time, An Investment Project Has Been Prepared For The Object In The Ideal Phase, According To Which A Building Permit No. 184/23.12.2024 Has Been Issued. The Property In Which The New Building Of The Varna Mathematics High School Will Be Located Has An Area Of 21,386 Sq.M. (Pi With Id No. 10135.3513.2074 Under The Cc And Cr Of The City Of Varna). According To The Concept Project, The Five Bodies Freely Located On The Property Are Connected To Each Other Through The School Forum On A Common Underground Level.
