Road Bridge Construction Work – Complex Restoration Of Bridges On Class I Roads. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of The Project - Complex Restoration Of Bridges On Class I Roads. The Project Is Procured As A Public-Private Partnership Project In The Form Of Dbfom, And Therefore Includes Design, Construction, Financing, Operation And Maintenance. The Project Is Procured Through A Competitive Dialogue Procedure According To The Provisions Of § 74 Et Seq. Zvo. The Public Contracting Authority Assumes That The Project Will Result In The Comprehensive Restoration Of 558 Bridges Selected By The Public Contracting Authority Based On Their Technical Condition, Significance For Safety, Traffic Connections And Accessibility. At The Time Of The Development Of The Feasibility Study Of The Ppp Bridges Project, Which Preceded The Decision On The Implementation Of The Public Procurement For The Implementation Of The Project, The Selected Bridges Registered In Stages Sts Iv To Sts Vi According To Tp 060. These Are Diverse Bridge Structures (Monolithic, Prefabricated, Steel) With Different Length And Width Arrangements, Which Show Significant Faults And Represent An Increased Risk Of Shutdown Or Complete Non-Functionality In The Event Of Further Degradation. The Public Contracting Authority Assumes The Following Scope Of The Project: Proposal: The Successful Applicant Will Prepare The Project Documentation For The Comprehensive Restoration Of Bridges And Ensure The Fulfillment Of The Conditions According To Act No. 25/2025 Coll. Construction Act And On Amendments And Additions To Certain Laws (Construction Act) As Amended (Decision On Construction Plan, Verification Of Construction Project). A Complete Replacement Of The Bridge Or A Complex Reconstruction Of The Load-Bearing Parts While Maintaining The Required Technical Parameters Is Assumed, While The Investment Expenses Of The Successful Applicant Must Reach Min. 50% Of The Value Of The Asset After Reconstruction. Construction: As Part Of The Complex Restoration, The Successful Bidder, In Accordance With The Project Documentation, Will Implement A Complete Replacement Of The Bridge Or A Complex Reconstruction Of The Load-Bearing Parts While Maintaining The Required Technical Parameters. The Restoration Will Be Completed By Bringing Each Bridge To At Least Sts Ii Status (Very Good Technical Condition) According To Tp 060, Which Will Allow Their Full Operation Without Restrictions, I.E. Without Reduced Load Capacity, Without Temporary Narrowings And Without Speed Restrictions Resulting From The Technical Condition. For Effective Planning Of Construction, Coordination Of Suppliers And Systematic Management Of The Project, As Well As For The Motivation Of The Successful Bidder, The Public Contracting Authority Foresees The Division Of The Project Into Construction Sections And Payment Sections. Funding: The Successful Applicant Will Provide Funding For All Phases Of The Project. Operation And Maintenance: The Successful Bidder Will Maintain The Comprehensively Restored Bridges Within The Project, Through Regular Monitoring, Planned Maintenance And Timely Repairs. When Returning The Comprehensively Restored Bridges To The Public Contracting Authority After The End Of The Operational Phase Of The Project, The Required Condition Will Be At Least Sts Iii According To Tp 060.
