Agricultural Services – Public Service Delegation For The Operation And Management Of The Urban Educational Farm Of Sartrouville. The Purpose Of This Public Service Delegation Contract Is To Entrust The Exclusive And Principal Management Of The Delegatee, At Its Own Risk And For The Duration Specified Above, The Operation, Development, Maintenance And Planning Of The Land, Works, Buildings, Installations, Equipment, Networks, Current And Future Goods And Services Included In The Delegated Perimeter, As Defined In The Various Inventories And Plans Annexed To The Agreement. This Establishment Is The Educational Farm Located In Sartrouville, Rue De Chatou. The Sartrouville Educational Farm Meets These Objectives Which Are Achieved Through: - The Presentation Of A Herd Of Demonstration Animals For Educational Purposes, - Raising Awareness Of Ecological Issues Through Field Activities (Animal Care, Gardening, Etc.) And The Different Spaces Set Up On The Site: Pond, Orchard, Vegetable Garden, Micro-Forest, Food Hedges, Etc. - Discovery Of Farm Products Through Thematic Workshops Around Bread Making, Hive, The Manufacture Of Apple Juice, The Collection Of Seeds, Etc. The Delegatee Carries Out This Mission Under The Conditions Of The Agreement And In Accordance With The Provisions Of Common Law Relating To Any Operator Of An Educational Farm, As Well As The Specific Provisions Applicable To It. It Complies With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Code (Ccp) And The General Code Of Local Authorities (Cgct). All Details Are Provided In The Draft Contract, As Well As In The Annexes To This Document. The Delegatee Ensures The Operation Of The Service At His Own Financial Risk. His Remuneration Will Therefore Be Substantially Linked To The Operating Results Of The Service. Operating Revenues Will Notably Consist Of Revenues Collected From Users (Paid Visits And Activities To The Farm, Sale Of Farm Products, Sale Of Cafeteria Products, Other Proposals From The Delegatee Formalized In Its Offer E.G. Training, Etc.), And Any Public Or Private Subsidies That The Delegatee Is Responsible For Requesting.
