Retail Trade Services - Printing And Delivery Of Vouchers For Food, According To Order No. 11 Of 21.12.2005 For Determining The Terms And Conditions For Providing Free Food And/Or Supplements To It, For Employees On 12-Hour Shifts From Csmp Branches - Pleven. This Procedure Is Organized By The Contracting Authority In Fulfillment Of Its Obligations As An Employer To The Staff Of The Center For Emergency Medical Assistance, Pleven, Arising From Ordinance No. 11/2005. For Determining The Terms And Conditions For Providing Free Food And/Or Supplements To It, Issued By The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy And The Minister Of Health /Obn. State Gazette No. No. 1/03.01.2006/ And Regulation No. 7 Of 9.07.2003 On The Terms And Conditions For Issuing And Revoking A Permit To Operate As An Operator Of Food Vouchers On Paper And Electronic Media, To Issue Food Vouchers On Electronic Media, The Characteristics Of Issued Food Vouchers On Electronic Media And To Operate As An Operator. The Same Are Implemented By Providing Food Vouchers, As One Of The Possible And Permissible Forms Of Providing This Service In Kind And Differentiating It From The Monetary Relationship Between Employer And Staff. Vouchers Are To Be Used In The Maximum Number Of Food Outlets (In The Sense Of Ordinance No. 7/ 09.07.2003 Of The Ministry Of Finance And Ministry Of Finance) On The Territory Of Pleven District. Vouchers Should Be Accepted As A Means Of Payment In No Less Than 5/Five/ Different Retail Outlets For Food Products Falling Within The Territorial Scope Of The City Of Pleven And At Least 1/One/ Commercial Outlet With Territorial Scope In Each Of The Cities - Levski, Cherven Bryag, Belene, Nikopol, Gulyantsi, Iskar, Knezha And Dolna Mitropolia. Commercial Establishments For Food Products Should Be Understood As: Food Stores, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Etc., Operating In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Food Law (Objects Under Art. 2, Para. 2 Of Ordinance No. 7 Of 07.09.2003 Of The Mtsp And Mf), With Which The Participants Have A Contract In Accordance With Art. 15 Of Ordinance No. 7/09.07.2003 Of Mtsp And Mof. The Offered Vouchers Must Have A Denomination Of 0.51 Euro /Equivalent To Bgn 1.00/ And 1.02 Euro /Equivalent To Bgn 2.00/ Voucher Deliveries Are Requested Periodically By The Contracting Authority And Are Carried Out Within The Estimated Quantities.
