Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Pello - Kolari Track Plan Preparation. The Purpose Of The Work Is To Prepare A Track Plan Between Pello And Kolari In Accordance With The Railway Act And The Instructions Of The Finnish Railways Agency. The Pello - Kolari Track Plan Is Part Of The Tornio - Kolari Electrification Planning Project Of The Norwegian Railway Agency. The Design Site Is Located In The Province Of Lapland In The Municipalities Of Pello And Kolari On Track Section 2203 (Tornio) – Kolari, Which Is A Non-Electrified, Single-Track Mixed-Traffic Line. The Sieppijärvi Traffic Point, 23 Level Crossings, Havela And Palosajo Overpasses, 11 Railway Bridges And 10 Identified Soft Rock Areas, As Well As A Reindeer Fence In The Pello Municipality Are Located In The Planning Area. The Planning Includes Measures Necessary For The Electrification Of The Track Section On The Line Track Section Between The Pello And Kolar Stations, As Well As Measures To Improve The Safety And Transmission Capacity Of The Track Section. The Assignment Plans The Space Reservations Required For The Electrification Of The Track Section, The Kolar Feeder Station, The Renewal Of The Havela And Palosajo Overpasses, Foundation Strengthening Measures, Level Crossing Safety Improvements, And Reindeer Fences.
