Life Insurance Services – Announcement Of Contracting, Through An Open Procedure In Accordance With Articles 156 To 158 Lcsp, Of Health Care Insurance For Workers Who Provide Services In Certain Tourist Offices In Spain Located Outside The European Union, And Their Beneficiaries. The Purpose Of The Contract That Will Be Governed By This Document Is, In Accordance With Article 17 Of The Lcsp, The Subscription Of Medical Insurance For The Staff, Civil Servants Or Workers, Of The Tourism Institute Of Spain Oa. (Hereinafter, Turespaña), Which Provides Its Services In The Tourism Offices Located In The United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, And Singapore And Its Beneficiaries, Who Must Be Registered Within The General Regime Of The Spanish Social Security. Specifically, The Official And Labor Personnel Of The Administration (Hereinafter The Holder), Framed In The General Regime Of Spanish Social Security, Who Provide Services In Some Of The Tourist Offices Indicated In The Previous Paragraph, As Well As Their Beneficiaries Recognized As Such By The Spanish Social Security (Hereinafter Spanish Social Security) And Provided That It Is Proven That: A) They Are Included As Beneficiaries Of Health Care From The Spanish Ss Of The Holder Of The Right, Will Be Understood To Be Included In The Objective Scope Of This Lot. Assigned To Said Regime B) They Are Living Effectively And Indefinitely With The Owner. C) They Are Economically Dependent On The Owner, Understood As The Absolute And Permanent Absence Of Income From Work Earnings, Including Those Of A Benefit Nature, And/Or From Movable Or Real Estate Capital, Such As The Receipt Of The Above For An Amount Less Than The Legal Minimum Wage Of The Country Of Residence. D) They Do Not Have The Right, On Their Own Or Through Another Family Member, To The Health Benefits Provided By The Spanish Ss System. E) In The Case Of The Children And Siblings Of The Owner, Who Are Under 26 Years Of Age, Or In The Case Of Being Over That Age, Have A Recognized Disability To A Degree Equal To Or Greater Than 65% Or Equivalent In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulations Of The Country In Which The Services Are Provided.
