Task B - Thermal Modernization And Modernization Of The Second Stage Pumping Station In Michałów (Taking Into Account The Scope Of Work). Task D - Construction Of A Mv Cable Line And A Fiber Optic Line Between The Second Stage Pumping Station In Michałów And Jaz. Task F - Installation Of A Measurement Probe Under The Bridge Near The Mouth Of The Lower Nysa Oława Canal To The River. Oławy. Task G – Construction Of A Flood Gate Fence. B) Task C - Development Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works For The Reconstruction Of The Weir On The River. Nysa Kłodzka (With An Ssq Flow Of 32 M3/S) In The Town Of Michałów (Excluding The Works Described In Point A), Including: 1) Reconstruction Of The First Stage Pumping Station Along With Replacement Of Pumps And Reconstruction Of Pressure Pipelines And Renovation Of The Outlet Dock Structure, 2) Renovation And Reconstruction Of A Three-Span Weir, 3) Construction Of A Shelter For A Lifeboat. 4) Construction And Installation Of An Observation Pole, 5) Construction Of A New Transformer Station And Decommissioning Of The Old Station And Medium Voltage Switchgear, 6) Construction Of A Retaining Wall To Support The Embankment Around The Left Abutment Of The Weir, 7) Renovation Of The Shoreline Insurance At The Upper Station Along With The Construction Of A Portage Structure For Kayaks, 8) Renovation Of The Shoreline Insurance, 9) Installation Of New Electrical And Energy Installations, I&C, Cctv And Snw. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding Similar Contracts Referred To In Art. 388 Point 2) Point C) Of The Public Procurement Law, Within A Period Not Longer Than 4 Years From The Award Of The Basic Contract And With A Value Not Exceeding Pln 5,000,000.00. The Material Scope Of These Orders Will Concern Services That Are The Subject Of The Basic Order Or Services That Are Directly Related To Them. The Terms Of Concluding The Contract Will Be Shaped Appropriately Based On The Terms Of The Basic Procurement Contract, Taking Into Account Differences Resulting From The Value, Implementation Time And The Resulting Differences In Shaping The Price Of The Service And Other Significant Circumstances Occurring At The Time Of Awarding The Contract.
