Extension Of District Road No. 1079L Studzianka - Lubenka1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The District Road No. 1079L Studzianka - Lubenka. The Scope Of Work Includes: • Felling Of Trees And Bushes • Demolition Works (Road Construction, Culverts) • Construction And Reconstruction Of Culverts • Earthworks For Structural Layers • Construction Of Structural Layers Of The Road, Exits, Roadsides • Construction Of Roadside Ditches • Topsoiling And Strengthening Of Slopes, Ditches And Roadsides • Planting Trees• Installation Of Traffic Safety Devices• Construction Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price All Costs Related To Conducting Archaeological Works, In Particular:• Ensuring Archaeological Supervision During Earthworks,• Carrying Out Archaeological Research (Rescue Or Pre-Emptive), If Necessary,• Developing Archaeological Documentation,• Obtaining The Required Permits, Decisions And Arrangements With The Competent Provincial Conservator Of Monuments,• Securing And Marking The Area In The Event Of Disclosure Of The Finds. The Contractor Bears The Risk And Costs Related To The Need To Conduct Archaeological Works. The Ordering Party Reserves That In The Event Of Lack Of Funds And The Inability To Finance The Entire Task From Its Own Funds, The Wearing Course And Other Elements Listed In The Bill Of Quantities No. 2B Will Be Excluded From The Implementation By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Remuneration Due To The Contractor Will Be Reduced By The Amount Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form Relating To The Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Construction Works Listed In The Bill Of Quantities No. 2B
