The Development Of Design Documentation Must Be Based On The Functional And Utility Program, Swz And The Guidelines Of The Employer And The Supervision Inspector.2) The Scope Of The Basic Works (Characteristic Data) Specified In The Fup Includes: - Renovation Of A Pitch With A Natural Grass Surface With Preparation Of The Soil In Terms Of Composition And Structure For Cultivating The Turf For The Planned Pitch For Football, - Aluminum Goals With Stays, - Delivery Of Additional Equipment: Flags, Trolley For Chalking Lines - Ball Catchers, - Shelters For Visiting And Home Teams With Seats, - Container Sports Facilities - Locker Room - System Stands, Stadium Seats With Backrests, - Construction Of A New Fence Around The Entire Investment; - Multi-Purpose Sports Field With Polyurethane Surface - External Lighting, - Electrical Connection, - Water And Sewage Connection, - Small Architecture In The Form Of Benches With Backrests, Garbage Bins, Bicycle Racks, A Board With Regulations. The Planned Investment Is Located In The Opole Voivodeship, Nysa County, Nysa Commune, Konradowa. The Scope Of The Investment At The Stage Of Developing Detailed Designs May Change In The Event Of Adaptation Of The Facility Covered By Scope To Applicable Regulations And Standards, Which Will Not Constitute The Basis For Increasing The Contractors Lump Sum Remuneration. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program. Note: The Above-Mentioned The Quantities Cannot Be Less Than Those Specified In The Functional And Utility Program.3) Supplementary Information: - The Investor Does Not Have A Current Map For Design Purposes, - The Investor Requires The Design To Be Prepared On A Current Map For Design Purposes, - All Elements Of Land Development Are Subject To Agreement With The Investor, The Supervision Inspector And The Conservator Of Monuments.
