1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Building Of Primary School No. 7 At Ul. Morcinka 13 In Toruń. 1.2. Guidelines For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Building Of Primary School No. 7 Is Located At Ul. Morcinka 13 On Plots No. 33, 178 And 180/1 From District 9.2) The Area Is Not Covered By The Local Development Plan And Is Not Subject To Conservation Protection.3) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Scope Of Construction Works: A) Restoring The Functioning Of The Kitchen With Kitchen Facilities And A Canteen, Located In The Basement Of The Building; B) Transformation Of Classrooms No. 11 And 12, Located In The Basement Part, Into Two Walk-Through Common Rooms; C) Separation And Reconstruction Of Sanitary Facilities Located In The Basement Part Of The Building; D) Restoring The Functions Of Teaching Rooms And Other Rooms After The Nursery, Located On The Ground Floor; E) Reconstruction Of The Library And Administrative Rooms, As Well As Adaptation Of Former Apartments For Administrative Purposes Along With Enlarging The Library - All Rooms Are Located On The Ground Floor Of The Building. Detailed Guidelines For Individual Scopes Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Detailed Guidelines” Constituting An Annex To The Swz.4) As Part Of The Design Work, It Is Necessary To Provide For The Need To Perform A Construction And Installation Inventory Of The Existing Facility To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Project, Including Open Pits (If Required).5) The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Applicable Regulations And Requirements In The Field Of Sanitary And Hygienic Conditions, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection. If It Is Impossible To Meet These Requirements, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Consent Of The Competent Authority To Derogate From These Requirements, In Accordance With Applicable Law.6) The Developed Subject Of The Order Should Take Into Account The Requirements Of The Applicable Regional Principles And Standards For Shaping The Spatial Order Of The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship And The National Energy And Climate Plan For 2021-2030.7) The Projects Should Include The Analysis Referred To In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project (Uniform Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679, As Amended).8) The Developed Subject Of The Order Should Take Into Account The Requirements And Standards Regarding The Protection, Shaping And Maintenance Of Green Areas On The Construction Site. In Particular, Before Starting To Develop Design Solutions As Part Of The Design Documentation, If The Preliminary Field Analysis Shows Such A Need, The Contractor Will Perform A Natural (Dendrological) Inventory In Advance, With Particular Emphasis On Valuable Trees, In The Projec
