1. Object Of Procurement The Object Of Procurement Is A Control Container, Which Is Used As A Support Space For The Management And Maintenance Of Rubble Rescue Operations. In Field Conditions, The Container Functions As A Mobile And Independently Functioning Management Environment, Which Enables The Management Of Rescue Operations, The Maintenance Of Communication Links, As Well As The Rest, Maintenance And Planning Activities Of The Personnel. The Structure, Equipment And Electrical System Of The Container Must Be Designed In Such A Way That It Is Suitable For Year-Round Use In Varying Weather Conditions. 2. Content Of The Delivery The Delivery Includes:• Manufacturing And Equipping The Wiring Container According To The Requirements Table• All Necessary Electrical And Telecommunications Solutions According To The Preliminary Electrical Drawings• Structural Solutions And Space Arrangements According To The Preliminary Floor Plan• Commissioning Inspection And Testing With The Customer• Operating And Maintenance Instructions And Documentation (Structures, Electricity, Systems)• Operating Training For The Customer3. Purpose The Control Box Is Used:• As A Control Center For Rescue Operations In Rubble Rescue Exercises And Other Real Situations• As A Control Center With The Necessary Sockets, Facilities For Data Networks And Radio Equipment• As A Maintenance And Rest Area In Connection With Breaks And Temporary Accommodation Of Rescue Teams4. Technical Requirements More Detailed Technical Requirements Are Presented In A Separate Table Of Requirements, Which Is Attached To This Request For Tender. The Design And Implementation Of The Container Must Take Into Account:• Thermal And Sound Insulation For Year-Round Use• Sufficient Lighting And Socket Equipment• Electrical Systems (Incl. Mains Operation, Aggregate Supply And Backup Power Option)• Space Use And Furnishing According To The Floor Plan• Mobility • Durable And Maintainable Structure For The Conditions Of Rescue Operations5.
