Repair, Maintenance And Associated Services Related To Roads And Other Equipment – ​​Operation And Maintenance Of Road Lighting And Signaling Systems In Kalundborg Municipality. Kalundborg Municipality Offers Operation And Maintenance As Well As Modernization Of The Municipalitys Lighting And Signaling System. Two Separate Contracts Will Be Entered Into, Respectively The Operating Contract And The Modernization Contract. According To Section 49 Of The Public Procurement Act, Kalundborg Municipality Has Assessed The Possibility Of Tendering The Tasks In Separate Partial Contracts. Kalundborg Municipality Has Assessed That, For Both Practical And Economic Reasons, It Is Most Appropriate To Combine The Tasks For Execution By One Supplier. Offers Must Thus Be Made For Both Contracts, And Kalundborg Municipality Chooses The Same Supplier For Both Contracts. Kalundborg Municipalitys Requirements For Contract Terms Appear In The Draft Operating Contract With Annexes And The Draft Modernization Contract With Annexes, While The Requirements For The Service Are Described In Annex 3: Special Work Description Incl. Attachment. The Tendered Operating Contracts Include Operation And Maintenance Of: - Lighting System: Approx. 11,500 Fixtures And Associated Masts, Cables, Cabinets, Etc. - Signal System: 5 Signal Systems With A Total Of Approx. 90 Lanterns (Red-Yellow-Green, Pedestrian And Bicycle), 20 Fixed Electronic Speed Indicators, 2 Pylons Etc. In Addition, Kalundborg Municipality Currently Expects That, As A Result Of The Modernization Contract, Outdated And End-Of-Life Facilities Will Need To Be Renewed, Or That New Construction Tasks Corresponding To Approx. 2.7 Million Dkk/Year Incl. Consultancy Services. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Use Funds For The Modernization Contract In 2026, But Will Use At Least Dkk 2 Million From 2027. Dkk Per Year Incl. Consultancy Services For Tasks In Accordance With The Modernization Contract. In Addition, The Ordering Party May Choose To Use The Supplier For The Modernization Of Signaling Systems. Reference Is Made To Section 1 Of The Modernization Contract.
