The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches A List Of Equivalent Solutions To The Offer. A) The Ordering Party Reserves That Wherever The Content Of The Documentation Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or Detailed Processes That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor - The Ordering Party Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Therefore, It Is Allowed To Propose In The Offer Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Parameters Of The Indicated Standard Define The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Conditions To Be Met By The Subject Of The Order.
