The Scope Of The Investment Includes Construction Works In The Scope Of: 1) Annexes: • Construction Of A Roof And Ceiling, • Construction Of Internal Stairs. And Exterior, • Installation Of Windows And Doors, • Installation Of Wall Lighting And Sockets; 2) Construction Of A Power Connection: • Construction Of A Cable Power Connection, • Construction Of An Underground Power Supply Switchgear, • Construction Of A Cable Line, • Protective Installations; 3) Land Development: • Construction Of Fences Around Fountains 1 And 2, • Construction Of A Greeter, • Construction Of A Fence Protecting The Flower Beds And The Hill Near The Rose Gazebo, • Reconstruction Of A Classical Bronze Vase, • Reconstruction Of The Polyhynne Sculpture, • Construction Of A Path Next To The Ice House, • Construction Of A Shed As A Warehouse, • Construction Of Alexanders Garden To A Limited Extent, • Installation Of Stone Benches, • Construction Of A Water Supply Installation For Mały Pond, • Development Of The Mały Staw Area, • Restoration Of The Lawn/Meadow, • Construction Of A Fence On Marys Island, • Restoration Of The Stone To Its Original Place, • Widening Of The Square At The Back Of The Ruin. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.2 ​​To The Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.4. Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Contained In Annex I.4 To The Swz. Note: Annex No. I.4 To The Swz Also Includes Bills Of Quantities. The Ordering Party Informs That The Above-Mentioned Bills Of Quantities Are Only An Auxiliary Document - The Quantities Given In The Bill Of Quantities Are Not The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order For The Contractor, But Are Only Intended To Determine The Technology Of Performing The Works. In Order To Make A Full Valuation Of The Works, Each Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Design Documentation, Stwior And The Provisions Of This Swz Before Submitting An Offer. 4. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Work Covered By The Contract For A Period Of Min. 48 Months (Excluding Greenery) And Warranty Equal To The Warranty Period. Note: Additional Warranty For Works (Warranty Extension Period) Is Subject To Scoring In Accordance With The Offer Evaluation Criterion Specified In Point 30.2. Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Require The Attached Evidence To The Offer, Subject To Point 3.6 Of The Tor. 6. Pursuant To Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Implemented Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users, In Particular In Accordance With The Principles Of Universal Design Referred To In The Convention On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities Of December 13, 2006 (Journal Of Laws Of 2012, Item 1169, As Amended). 7.
