Firefighting Vehicles – Delivery Of A Light Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A Technical Rescue Function Along With A Trailer For Transporting Firefighting Equipment For The Tomaszów Mazowiecki Volunteer Fire Department. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Light Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A Technical Rescue Function Along With A Trailer For Transporting Firefighting Equipment For The Tomaszów Mazowiecki - Ludwików Volunteer Fire Department. This Order Concerns The Delivery Of: A) A Light Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A Technical Rescue Function On A 4 X 2 Chassis With A Container Body, Mmr 7500 Kg, Hereinafter Referred To As Vehicle Or Interchangeably Car. The Offered Vehicle Must Comply With The Minimum Requirements Contained In This Specification (Table 1. Minimum Vehicle Quality Parameters).; B) Trailers For Transporting Firefighting Equipment, Hereinafter Referred To As Trailer, With Parameters Consistent With The Minimum Requirements Contained In Table 2 Minimum Trailer Parameters. The Car Delivered Under This Order Must Be Brand New, I.E. Unused, Undamaged, Unrefurbished, Unencumbered By The Rights Of Third Parties Or Entities, And Come From The Manufacturers Legal Sales Channel. The Vehicle Chassis Must Have An Approval Certificate In Accordance With Separate National Regulations Relating To Road Traffic Law. Devices And Components Installed In The Vehicle Should Meet The Requirements Of Separate National And/Or International Regulations. The Manufacturer And The Car Must Have: Extract From The Chassis Type Approval Certificate; Valid Permission Of The Manufacturer And Importer Of The Chassis For The Construction Of Bodies. The Order Includes Sale, Delivery And Free Service, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Terms And Conditions, Of The Car - Chassis And Body - Within The Warranty And Warranty Period Offered By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Required Documents To Register The Vehicle And Trailer To The Ordering Partys Office At His Own Expense. The Car And Trailer Must Be Approved For Traffic In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Instruct The Ordering Party In The Use Of The Vehicle. The Order Is Co-Financed From External Funds Entitled: Increasing The Resilience Of Tomaszów Mazowiecki To Environmental Changes Through Adaptation Activities To Climate Change.
