The Framework Agreement Includes The Delivery Of Media Agency Services, Which Must Collectively Ensure That The Customer Uses Media Efficiently And In A Business-Supporting Manner With A Focus On Roi And Kpi Fulfillment. Listed Below Are The Main Services That The Framework Agreement Includes: 1. Consulting Services (Strategic And Tactical Advice On Media Use) - Media Strategy (Roadmap) - Annual Plan (Budget Allocation And Management) - Campaign Plans - Ongoing Advice (E.G. Legislation, Market, Crisis Management) - Close Cooperation With The Customer And Other Agencies 2. Execution Of Advertising Campaigns - Offline Media (Planning, Purchasing And Implementation Of Campaigns) - Annual Agreement Negotiations With Media - Preparation Of Media Plans - Purchase And Optimization Of Media Space - Ongoing Follow-Up And Evaluation - Execution Of Special And Time-Critical Activities (E.G. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Tender With Negotiation, And The Contracting Authority Expects To Carry Out 1-3 Rounds Of Negotiations Based On The Submission Of Initial Offers By The Pre-Qualified Applicants. Selected Appendices With Background Information On The Danske Spil Group As Well As Information On The Companys New Strategy Are Only Made Available To Applicants Who Are Pre-Qualified. The Ordering Party Uses The Media Pricing Platform Gmp365 For Structuring And Submitting Prices Due To The High Complexity Of Pricing And The Need For Uniformity And Transparency In The Offers. The Platform Is Configured The Same For All Bidders, Which The Pre-Qualified Applicants Will Be Given Access To Use For Calculating Media Prices. No Changes Will Be Made To The Setup During The Bidding Process Without Prior And Explicit Briefing To All Bidders. The Pre-Qualified Tenderers Will Immediately Receive Information About Logging Into Gmp365 At The Same Time As The Invitation To Submit Initial Offers.
