4.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Scientific Playground As Part Of The Project Entitled: Modernization Of The Existing Premises And Teaching Base In The Field Of Education In The School Complex In Karczmiska.4.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Playground On Plots With Registration Numbers 3502/3, 3502/4 Located Within The Geodetic Area 0007 - Karczmiska Dzień, Karczmiska Commune. 4.3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order In Particular Includes: 1) Preparation Of The Area, Including Dismantling Of Existing Playground Equipment And Surface, 2) Hardened Surface, 3) Dismantling Of The Existing Fence, Removal Of Dead Tree Limbs, 4) Construction Of A Flexible Poured Surface, 5) Construction Of A Hardened Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, 6) Delivery And Installation Of Ready-Made Playground Equipment, 7) Installation Of A Panel Fence, 8) Installation Of Area Lighting, 9) Installation Of Monitoring, 10) Area Maintenance,11) Landscaping,12) Characteristic Parameters:A) Playground Area 920.9 M2b) Fenced Area 1022.50 M24.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, A) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), B) Bills Of Quantities, Provided That If The Content Of The Design Documentation And Stwiorb Contains Any Provisions Regarding The Evidence In Question, Warranty Periods, On-Site Inspection Or Regarding The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular The Rules For Introducing Additional Or Replacement Works, Acceptance Of Works, Method Of Settlement That Are Not Reflected In The Content Of This Swz And Draft Contract Or Are Inconsistent With Them, The Provisions Of The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting An Annex To The Swz Should Be Accepted As Binding. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Project Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4. Subpoint 1) And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4. Subpoint 1) Or Stwiorb.
