The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Internal Road In The Town Of Olbrachtów, No. 155, 284. The Order Is To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Prepared By The Progamp Paweł Ratuś Design Studio, Ul. Przylep-Gronowa 3, 65-015 Zielona Góra Constituting An Annex To The Swz. Design Documentation Was Developed For The Construction Of The Entire Road Section. This Order Covers The Execution Of Only The First Stage Of Works (A Section Approx. 500 M Long). The Scope Of The Task Includes, Among Others: - Construction Of A Road With An Asphalt Surface, 3.0 M Wide And Approx. 500 M Long (Stage I) And A Passing Road 15.0 M Long And 1.5 M/2.0 M Wide (Road Width At The Passing Point 5.0 M), Construction Of Exits, Hardening Of The Roadsides With Aggregates With A Width Of 0.50 - 0.75 M And Green Areas, Profiling Of The Area Along The Works; - Demolition Of The Existing Road Structure And Exits, Trenching Up To 70 Cm And Profiling With Compaction Of The Subsoil, Stabilizing The Ground With Cement, Making A Base From An Unbound Mixture, A Binding Layer And A Wearing Course Of Asphalt Concrete; - Demolition Of The Existing Exits To The Property And Construction Of New Ones From Concrete Blocks For All Properties Of Various Widths. It Cannot Be Ruled Out That There Are Entrances To The Property In The Field That Are Not Included In The Documentation, Which Should Be Included In The Offer At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer After A Field Visit; - Construction Of Roadsides Hardened With A Mixture Not Related To Addition Of Basalt Sifting, Leveling And Grassing The Area Along The Road; - As Part Of The Works Being Carried Out, The Obligation To Connect The Existing Exits In Height, Connecting The Road Being Constructed To Existing Roads At The Beginning And At The End Of The Scope Of Work; - Possible Securing Casing Pipes Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure That Does Not Require Reconstruction, - Height Adjustment Of Existing Boxes And Covers Of The Network Of External Devices, Raise The Water Supply Valve Housings To The Level Of The Road Surface, And In The Case Of Raising The Terrain, Replace The Valve Shafts With Telescopic Ones; - Perform Other Works Necessary To Complete The Order Resulting From The Developed Technical Documentation; - Perform Post-Construction Geodetic Measurements. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Was Specified In The Design Documentation And, Additionally, In The Bill Of Quantities Attached To Swz. The Contractor Should Read The Documentation In Detail And Make A Local Visit To The Work Site In Order To Properly Prepare The Offer.
