1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Work Entitled: Renovation Of The Road In Żabno, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Implementing Regulations.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Construction And Executive Design Documentation Attached To The Swz For Renovation Of The Road In Żabno And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz.3. The Scope Of The Study Is A Road Section Approximately 164 Meters Long. 4. The Project Includes: 1) Renovation Of The Road With An Asphalt Surface; 2) Construction Of Roadsides; 3) Tidying Up And Profiling The Area. 5. Comments On The Order - The Contractor Must Manage The Troughing Material On His Own.6. A Detailed Description And Material Scope Of Construction Works Are Presented In The Design Documentation: 1) Construction And Executive Design, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. These Documents Should Be Used To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate And A Material And Financial Statement (Appendix No. 8 To The Contract). The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Documentation Are An Auxiliary Element, They Should Be Verified With The Swz And Are Not The Basis For The Valuation Of The Works By The Contractor. The Basis For The Valuation Should Be The Construction And Executive Design, The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Comments Contained In The Swz. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Sections Of The Offer Cost Estimate Prepared By The Contractor Should Correspond To The Sections Of The Material And Financial Schedule Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Contract. The Complete Design Documentation Is An Annex To The Procedure.7. Conducting Works On The Construction Site:1) The Construction Manager Appointed By The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Manner In Which The Works Are Carried Out By The Contractor.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Submit A Work Schedule To The Ordering Party.8. Other Requirements Of The Employer Towards The Contractor As Part Of The Agreed Remuneration: 1) The Contractor Will Manage The Dredged Material On His Own 2) Before Installing The Products, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply For Product Approval And Obtain Approval From The Investors Supervision For The Material (The Application Template Will Be Developed By The Contractor In Consultation With The Investors Supervision Inspector). 3) The Contractor Is Responsible For Preparing And Maintaining The Construction Site And Facilities, In Particular Its Supervision.4) The Contractor Will Demolish The Construction Site At His Own Expense And Restore The Area To A Proper Condition.5) The Contractor Carrying Out Works In Places Adjacent To The Existing Buildings Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works With Particular Care.6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Such A Way That There Is N
